ONCE A WEEK WE GET AN HOUR IN FOR FACE TO FACE VIA FaceTime,SKYPE,OR GOOGLE HANGOUTS AND GO OVER WINS/LOSSES FOR WEEK AND MAKE SURE WE ARE ON TRACK.

I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN A SOLID START AND FINISH. IN DEPTH DYNAMIC WARM UP AND GETTING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM READY AND AFTER THE MAIN LOAD I MAKE SURE OF A QUALITY COOL DOWN AND CORRECTIVES INCLUDING SLOWING THE MIND BACK DOWN WITH MINDFUL WORK.
